Data breaches don't always have the drama of a spy thriller or the sophistication of a Stuxnet. Sometimes a breach is caused by little more than a careless decision by a low-level worker.
Bloomberg.com examined data breach records from the past six months, courtesy of the Privacy Rights Clearinghouse, and picked 10 examples that illustrate the sometimes simple and often head-slapping origins of our privacy violations.
