The Monaco Formula One Grand Prix

The Monaco Grand Prix is the biggest draw on the 20-race Formula One calendar because of its history -- it has been held since 1929 -- and unparalleled location: the streets of a square-mile principality by the Mediterranean that are home to some of the world's wealthiest people. That makes it a magnet for racing fans and celebrities, alike. Spectators mass on hills overlooking the circuit, or use balconies and yachts in the harbor as vantage points. -- Alex Duff

The Grand Prix runs from May 24-27.
