The Vice Index

The Global Vice Index ranks countries according to four equally weighted variables: adult per capita alcohol consumption, adult per capita cigarette consumption, drug use and total gambling losses as a percentage of GDP. Drug use is measured by annual prevalence, as a percentage of the population aged 15-64.
