UK Home Prices Are Stagnant as the Budget Nears
At least it means affordability continues to improve, albeit slowly.

Asking prices for UK houses have fallen by 0.1% compared to this time last year, according to the latest update from property portal Rightmove. The market is apparently unusually subdued for the time of year, with a monthly rise in prices of just 0.3%, compared to a more typical October bounce of 1.1%.
