Blackstone’s Liftoff Said to Weigh IPO Refile as Soon as Tuesday

Liftoff Mobile Inc. filed confidentially for an IPO late Tuesday, less than two weeks after the mobile advertising platform operator postponed plans to raise as much as $762 million.

The Blackstone Inc.-backed mobile app advertising firm has submitted a draft registration statement for an initial public offering, with the number of shares and the price range to be determined later, according to an announcementBloomberg Terminal Tuesday confirming a Bloomberg News report. Liftoff withdrew its IPO paperwork hours earlier.
