Blackstone’s Liftoff Said to Weigh IPO Refile as Soon as Tuesday

The Blackstone Inc.-backed mobile app advertising firm has submitted a draft registration statement for an initial public offering, with the number of shares and the price range to be determined later, according to an announcement Tuesday confirming a Bloomberg News report. Liftoff withdrew its IPO paperwork hours earlier.
