Liftoff Mobile Inc. withdrew its IPO filing, less than two weeks after the mobile advertising platform operator said it was postponing plans to raise as much as $762 million.

The Blackstone Inc.-backed mobile app advertising platform requested the withdrawal of its initial public offering registration in a US Securities and Exchange Commission filing Tuesday, without specifying a reason for the decision.
