KKR Set to Invest in CVC’s Etraveli at €2.7 Billion Valuation

Etraveli delivers airline tickets to nearly 50 million customers every year.

KKR & Co. agreed to buy a significant minority stake in CVC Capital Partners Plc-backed Swedish travel technology firm Etraveli Group.

KKR is investing in Etraveli through its strategic investments group, which provides structured partnership capital solutions, according to a statementBloomberg Terminal on Monday that confirmed an earlier Bloomberg News report. The deal values Etraveli at about €2.7 billion ($3.1 billion), people familiar with the matter have said.
