Shein Group Ltd., the Singapore-based e-commerce firm, was warned by European Union regulators it could face fines unless it clamps down on consumer protection violations on its platform.

The European Commission and consumer watchdogs from Belgium, France, Ireland and the Netherlands flagged several breaches of consumer law, the regulators said in a statement Monday, confirming a previous Bloomberg report.
