Buyout Firm EQT Strikes Deal for Water Treatment Provider Seven Seas

EQT’s Infrastructure VI fund is acquiring Seven Seas from Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Partners, according to a statement Thursday that confirmed an earlier Bloomberg News report.
