Vinci to Buy Nearly 30% Stake in Mexico Airport Operator OMA

Vinci SA is nearing a deal to acquire Fintech Advisory Inc.’s 30% stake in Mexican airport operator Grupo Aeroportuario del Centro Norte SAB.

Vinci SA has agreed to buy a 29.99% stake in Mexican airport operator Grupo Aeroportuario del Centro Norte SAB from billionaire David Martinez.

The French concessions and construction company will become the leading shareholder in the operator, known as OMA, it said in a statementBloomberg Terminal Monday that confirmed an earlier Bloomberg News report. Vinci will pay a net purchase price of about $815 million, according to a regulatory filing.
