Andrew Scheer—former speaker of Canada’s House of Commons, leader of Canada’s Conservatives, and the main rival to the Liberals’ Justin Trudeau in the country’s Oct. 21 general election—is an extraordinarily ordinary man. In other words, he’s the anti-Trudeau.
