BofA’s Raedler Warns Equity Markets Too Optimistic Amid 20-Year Low Risk Premium

Sebastian Raedler, head of European equity strategy at Bank of America Corp., said stock markets are underestimating the growing risks to the global economy, as energy supply disruptions add to an increasingly fragile outlook.

Raedler said investors have become accustomed to ignoring negative headlines after four years in which market disruptions have done little to dent global growth momentum.
