U.S. President Joe Biden and Turkish counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdogan were unable to come to a resolution over Ankara’s purchase of Russian missile defenses but committed to maintain talks on the issue, U.S. National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan said Thursday.
