Where has the Bank of England been looking to assess how much Britain's referendum on its European Union membership is hurting the pound?

According to Deputy Governor Ben Broadbent, the central bank used betting odds — among other things — to help it figure out how much of sterling's slide was related to the June 23 referendum.
