Office rents in London skyscrapers will continue increasing after climbing almost 10 percent in the second half of last year to an annual $126 per square foot, according to Knight Frank LLP. London’s gain was the biggest among 21 cities surveyed by the broker, driven by rising demand for prime office space and a supply shortage that’s pushed office vacancies across central London to a 15-year low. Rents in Hong Kong, the world’s most expensive skyscraper location, rose about 3 percent to $263.
