Idemitsu Begins Construction of Geothermal Plant in Oita, Japan

Idemitsu Kosan Co. has begun construction of a geothermal power plant in Japan’s southwestern prefecture of Oita.
The 5-megawatt plant will begin operations in March 2017, Idemitsu said in a statement Tuesday.
