Bank of England Governor Mark Carney is talking the talk, but is he walking the walk?

In a speech at the start of a gathering of Group of 20 finance ministers and central bankers in Shanghai, the BOE chief warned against exporting economic weakness via currency depreciation, saying there's “no free lunch.”
