Hong Kong is seeing negative-equity mortgages for the first time since September 2014. There were 95 cases of homeowners with apartments worth less than their mortgages at the end of December, Hong Kong Monetary Authority data show. Home prices slumped almost 10 percent from September to January, according to Centaline Property Agency Ltd.
