World Leaders Condemn Paris Attacks as G-20 Summit Set to Start

Leaders from across the world condemned a wave of deadly attacks in Paris that left at least 120 people dead, as they prepare for a series of international summits in Turkey, the Philippines and Malaysia now set to be dominated by security issues.
French President Francois Hollande has already ruled out attending a G-20 meeting this weekend in Turkey. In the Philippines, police have placed all units on full alert as Manila prepares to host leaders including U.S. President Barack Obama and Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe for the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation summit starting Monday.
