Burger King's Owner Beats Estimates, Helped by Chicken Fries

Restaurant Brands International Inc., owner of the Burger King and Tim Hortons chains, posted third-quarter profit that topped analysts’ estimates after new menu items like Fiery Chicken Fries helped attract customers.
Profit was 34 cents a share, excluding some items, the Oakville, Ontario-based company said Tuesday in a statement. Analysts had estimated 29 cents on average.
