Tribune Media Co.’s real estate unit is seeking to cash in on its landmark tower on Chicago’s Michigan Avenue.

Tribune Real Estate Holdings LLC hired brokerage Eastdil Secured to market the 90-year-old Gothic Revival property for a possible sale or partnership with another entity, the company said in a statementBloomberg Terminal Thursday. The 36-story building sits on 3 acres (1.2 hectares), with 305 feet (93 meters) of frontage on Chicago’s famous shopping district on North Michigan Avenue, known as the Magnificent Mile.
