Prime Minister David Cameron said he’s “making good progress” in his renegotiation of Britain’s membership of the European Union.
“It’s not easy,” he told BBC Radio 4 Tuesday. “This is a very tough negotiation. The talks are under way, European leaders are engaging with them. This Friday, it’s my birthday, and I’m spending it with Angela Merkel. We must get these changes, and if we don’t, I rule nothing out.”
