Ellen Pao’s gender-bias case against Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers reached a conclusion as the venture capital firm said in a court filing that its award for court costs against her is resolved.

Pao said Sept. 10 that she would drop her appeal of a jury verdict and she expected to pay the $276,000 in court costs awarded Kleiner. Pao said she hadn’t reached a settlement with the firm because she was unwilling to agree to not to speak about her experiences.
