Facebook Inc. is working on options besides the "like" button to let users express emotions such as empathy on news feed posts, Chief Executive Officer Mark Zuckerberg said in a Q&A session.
The alternatives will start being publicly tested on the social network soon, he said Tuesday at Facebook’s headquarters in Menlo Park, California.
