No Group-of-Seven central bank chief talked more often to Federal Reserve Chair Janet Yellen between February 2014 and May 2015 than Bank of England Governor Mark Carney.

There was an April meeting at the International Monetary Fund’s Washington headquarters and two conversations in October, including a lunch at the White House, according to Yellen’s calendars, which list six interactions. By contrast, she spoke twice with European Central Bank President Mario Draghi and just once with Bank of Japan Governor Haruhiko Kuroda.
