North Korea isn’t interested in an Iran-like dialogue to discuss the freezing or dismantling of its nuclear-weapons program, the official Korean Central News Agency reported, citing an unnamed foreign ministry spokesman.
“The nuclear deterrence of the DPRK is not a plaything to be put on the negotiating table,” the report cited the spokesman as saying. “It is illogical to compare Iran’s nuclear agreement with the situation of the DPRK which is exposed to constant provocative military hostile acts and the biggest nuclear threat of the U.S.”
