Diplomats were preparing to present the final text of an expected nuclear agreement with Iran after 18 days of negotiations, according to four officials in Vienna, where the talks are taking place.

While no fixed time has been set to publicly present the agreement -- said to run 100 pages with five annexes -- diplomats who spoke on condition of anonymity told reporters in Vienna to stand by for news to emerge overnight. An official announcement was expected sometime Tuesday morning in Vienna.
