AmEx is making it easier to leave home without it.
American Express Co. unveiled an online checkout system Thursday that lets customers use their account passwords to order clothes, flowers and concert tickets from a roster of retailers. Shoppers don’t need their cards: It automatically fills in payment information all the way down to the billing address so they can click “complete order” faster.
