NCR Jumps on Report of Joint $10 Billion Blackstone-Carlyle Bid

NCR Corp. jumped as much as 16 percent after Reuters reported that Blackstone Group LP and Carlyle Group LP are making a joint bid of more than $10 billion for the ATM maker, citing people familiar with the matter.
The offer includes debt, Reuters said. Other buyout firms are vying for NCR, including Apollo Global Management LLC and Thoma Bravo LLC, Reuters said.
