OAO Aeroflot said it scrapped an order for 22 Boeing Co. 787 jets worth $4.8 billion at list price, marking a rare setback for the U.S. planemaker in a week in which it has racked up a succession of deals at the Paris Air Show.

Russia’s largest airline no longer needs Boeing’s latest wide-body model in its fleet, Deputy Chief Executive Giorgio Callegario said in an interview Tuesday at the expo, adding that contract terms allowed for a revaluation of the purchase.
