Cisco Systems Inc.’s co-presidents Rob Lloyd and Gary Moore will leave the company late next month when new Chief Executive Officer Chuck Robbins takes over.

A third top manager, Padmasree Warrior, Cisco’s chief technology and strategy officer, also is leaving the world’s largest maker of networking equipment on July 25, the technology blog Re/code reported, citing people briefed on the matter.
