Guatemala’s President Otto Perez Molina said that the state must undergo fundamental changes and that he will complete his four-year term as thousands of citizens demand his resignation.
“I have a constitutional mandate. I am going to fulfill the constitutional mandate that the country’s laws establish,” Perez Molina told reporters on Monday.
