London Luxury-Home Values Rise at Slowest Rate in Five Years

Home prices in London’s wealthiest neighborhoods are climbing at the slowest rate in more than five years as uncertainty surrounding the outcome of the May 7 general election deters buyers.

Prices in the 13 districts that Knight Frank LLP defines as prime central London climbed 3.3 percent during the 12 months through March, the broker said in a report on Thursday. Values have remained broadly flat during the past six months.
