Deutsche Wohnen Profit Rises 90% as Expansion Continues

Deutsche Wohnen AG said 2014 earnings almost doubled as GSW Immobilien AG added to the German apartment owner’s rental income.

Funds from operations excluding sales, a measure of a property company’s ability to generate cash, rose 90 percent from a year earlier to 217.6 million euros ($239 million), Deutsche Wohnen said in a statement on Thursday. FFO this year will be at least 250 million euros, it said.
