Some of the U.S. video-game industry’s most dedicated customers aren’t happy with how characters are portrayed in games, according to a Nielsen study.

Forty nine percent of Asian-Americans surveyed disagreed with the statement: “All races have ample representation/inclusion in video-game characters,” Nielsen said Tuesday on its website. That was more than twice the number of African Americans, Hispanics or non-Hispanic whites who gave the same answer. Asian-Americans are more likely to play video games than any of the other groups.
