Morgan Stanley’s CFO Ruth Porat to Leave Firm to Be Google CFO

Morgan Stanley said Chief Financial Officer Ruth Porat is leaving the firm and will be succeeded by Jonathan Pruzan, the firm’s co-head of global financial institutions banking.
Porat, 57, will leave in April, according to a memo from New York-based Morgan Stanley. Google Inc. said in a separate statement Tuesday that she’s joining as CFO on May 26.
