A fresh Barclays survey of more than 900 global investors gives us a glimpse into what market participants are looking at. For one, the majority are bullish on Europe following the European Central Bank's QE program that began earlier this month. Also, many of those surveyed are becoming increasingly worried about Fed normalization and China's declining growth.
"Last quarter, fewer than 10 percent of respondents thought a reduction in Fed stimulus would be the highest risk, while that fraction is now close to 18 percent," Barclays said. "The damaging effect of tighter Fed policy is most feared by EM and equity investors." It's important to note that this survey was done before the March FOMC meeting, in which the Fed appeared dovish.
