ECB May See More Capital Outflows Than Bargained for With QE

The European Central Bank may see greater capital outflows from the region than policy makers anticipated under its bond-buying program, pushing record low yields down even further.

That’s the conclusion of Deutsche Bank AG strategists George Saravelos and Robin Winkler, who predict an exodus of capital from Europe will flow into debt outside the region.
