Horta-Osorio’s Compensation Jumps as Lloyds Returns to Profit

Lloyds Banking Group Plc Chief Executive Officer Antonio Horta-Osorio saw his pay increase more than 50 percent to 11.5 million pounds ($17.8 million) last year as Britain’s largest mortgage lender returned to profit.
Horta-Osorio’s long-term incentive compensation almost doubled to 7.4 million pounds, while the total of his annual bonus and share award remain unchanged at 1.7 million pounds, the company said in a statement Friday.
