Noble Group Says Auditor Needs More Time to Review Accounts

Noble Group Ltd. said its auditor needs more time to review its accounts, following a second report critical of its finances published online by an anonymous group calling itself Iceberg Research.
Asia’s biggest commodity trader is due to release its 2014 earnings this evening. In a statement, it called the allegations “without substance.”
