The euro swung between gains and losses after finance ministers reached an accord that would keep bailout funds flowing to Greece in return for a commitment by that nation to meet certain economic-reform conditions.

The shared currency fell from its highs of the day versus the dollar as the agreement in Brussels by euro-area finance officials needs to be approved Monday by the “Troika” -- European Union, European Central Bank and International Monetary Fund. Without aid, Greek Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras’s government risks running out of cash as early as next month.
