That's the take-away from a recent federal court filing in Atlanta in Glock's legal shootout with his former wife, Helga. The Feb. 13 filing by Helga Glock's lawyers alludes to the postponement of an Oct. 24, 2014, court hearing in Gaston Glock's native Austria due to the industrialist's hospitalization for an "acute infection with decompensation of the cardiovascular system and the renal system." The U.S. filing also refers to a Jan. 15, 2015, deposition of Glock in Austria that had to be halted after two hours "because of his worsening health condition."
