Lyft Said to Talk With Investors on $250 Million in Funds

Lyft Inc. is in advanced talks with new and existing investors to raise $250 million of financing, according to people familiar with the situation.

The financing round is valuing Lyft at $2 billion, said one of the people, who asked not to be named because the talks are private. The San Francisco-based ride-sharing company has secured part of the financing, but the deal hasn’t closed and the terms might change, another person familiar with the situation said.
