Caesars to Face Two Creditor Panels, One Controlled by Foes

Caesars Entertainment Operating Co. will be paying the legal bills for the gambling company’s most intractable foes to fight against its proposed bankruptcy restructuring plan.

The company is required by law to fund the fees and expenses of two official committees of creditors appointed Thursday by the arm of the U.S. Justice Department that monitors bankruptcies.
