Most Economists See More BOJ Easing by Oct: Survey

Twenty-six of 33 of economists in a Bloomberg News survey forecast the Bank of Japan will expand monetary stimulus by the end of October, one less than in a survey last month.

Nobody sees the central bank changing policy at the next meeting on Jan. 20-21. Fifteen of 31 economists say that falling oil prices mean that Japan’s core CPI could decline year-on-year in coming months.
