The two top diplomats from the U.S. and Iran met in Geneva as their quest for a permanent nuclear accord entered a third year.

U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry and his Iranian counterpart, Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif, talked in the Swiss city for more than six hours over two sessions.
