Royal Philips NV Chief Executive Officer Frans van Houten said a business upswing in Europe is giving him the tailwind to push through a revamp of the Dutch company as he focuses on data used in the health-care industry.
“Europe interestingly is back on the growth curve for us, which is maybe a little bit counterintuitive to some,” he said in an interview at the company’s Amsterdam headquarters.
