Buffett’s Assistant Cool Named CEO of Pampered Chef Unit

Berkshire Hathaway Inc. named Tracy Britt Cool chief executive officer of the Pampered Chef unit, extending the responsibilities of one of Chairman Warren Buffett’s top advisers.
Cool, 30, takes over next month for founder Doris Christopher, who has led the cooking-supply seller as interim CEO since December and is also chairman, the company said today in a statement.
