KKR’s First Data Hires Former Citigroup Banker Gelb, Rosman

First Data Corp., the payments processor owned by KKR & Co., hired former Citigroup Inc. banker Andrew Gelb as head of its financial services business.
The company also named Adam Rosman, a lawyer form Willis Group Holdings Plc, as general counsel, Atlanta-based First Data said today in a statement. Barry McCarthy, who had run U.S. financial services, was given a new role leading operations including the Star debit network. Sanjiv Das, who joined from Citigroup this year, was named to run the international business.
