Fitch Ratings changed the outlook on Slovenia’s credit rating to stable from negative, saying the economy is recovering faster than expected. Bonds advanced.

Fitch left the eastern European euro member’s BBB+ rating unchanged, the third-lowest investment grade and on par with Ireland, Spain and Latvia. The yield on government debt due September 2024 fell 21 basis points to 3.46 percent, set for the lowest since April 7, as of 12:49 p.m. in the capital, Ljubljana. That takes the drop in the past five days to 23 basis points, the first weekly decline in a month.
